This blog was created to allow UK employees to coordinate walking groups where you work!

Walking is a first step towards a healthier lifestyle.  It can help with weight management, improve fitness level, and reduce risk of chronic disease. 

Walking with a friend is a great way to keep accountable, and to make walking more fun!  Find a route that is convenient for both of you, and safe.

Find a walking group where you work- we have tabs for main campus and for Alumni Park Plaza/Sterlington Rd.
